the only poem I’ve ever liked (that I wrote myself)

I Save My Breath(s) For You

I have drilled my head full of holes

and you are seeping through.

I am dripping thoughts of you

I am silent for you

I do not bite my thumb, sir, instead I bite my tongue for you

and I wait.

My hands grow cold

I wonder and I worry

and I wait

Until I am left

Drenched

Standing in this disgusting puddle

of remains.
